Children who have high EQ are LESS likely to use alcohol or drugs, bully or be bullied, resort to crime and anti-social behaviours, self-harm, have suicidal thoughts, or develop eating disorders. Young people who practice Mindfulness and develop high E.Q. experience less depression, stress, and anxiety, than individuals with low EQ.
